Update #2: A new, full-length Venom trailer showcases Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock. He's a crusading reporter who is not afraid to ask tough questions. Thanks to a whistleblower (Jenny Slate), Eddie hears about some nefarious plans by the mysterious Life Foundation, led by Carlton Drake (Riz Ahmed). His investigation leads to him being taken over by an alien symbiote. Soon he's taking direct, spectacular action against the bad guys and talking to himself on the streets of San Francisco. We're just days away from the release of Avengers: Infinity War! While you wait patiently just a little bit longer, here's some news about the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe:
An Eternals movie is a confirmed possibility
While talking to press at the Infinity War junket over the weekend, Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige (pictured above) confirmed to The Wrap that we could see an Eternals movie in the near future. While that just means there's a chance, fans are hopeful of the addition. The Eternals are an ancient race evolved from humanity and of course they have superhuman abilities. At last! A new, big-screen version of beloved 1980s fan favorite Masters of the Universe is moving forward. The original animated television series, inspired by the Mattel toy line, ruled the world in the 1980s. Just as rave reactions are coming out of the premiere of Black Panther, another upcoming Marvel movie has just debuted its first trailer. Ant-Man and the Wasp is the follow-up to 2015's Ant-Man (with some residue from the aftermath of Captain America: Civil War, as well) and promotes Evangeline Lily's character to full superhero status, herself.
This first spot reminds us of what we love about the previous movie, a combination of humor and action and humorous action (a Hello Kitty Pez dispenser is the new Thomas the Tank Engine), while also making us excited for what the Wasp brings to the table in terms of a more serious toughness -- plus wings and blasters! She and Ant-Man are quite a pair.

He's portrayed Walt Disney, now Tom Hanks will take on another children's entertainment icon. According to Variety, the actor will play Fred Rogers in a biopic about the late kids' TV show host. You know Rogers best as "Mister Rogers," whose Mister Rogers' Neighborhood debuted in an early form on Canadian television in 1963 and later moved to PBS where it continued airing new episodes through 2001.
Hanks is certainly a good fit for the part, considering his reputation as the nicest guy in Hollywood.
